Our published hours when our support team are at hand are as follows.
Monday - Friday: 9am - 12am
Saturday and Sunday: 8am-12.30am
These are the times when you are guaranteed to get a response in the same day, although our target response time is within 1 hour.
You can still submit support requests outside of these times, but you may not get a response until the next morning. If it is an emergency request and you can't see your website or send/receive emails, please call our telephone number (see below) and you will be put through to one of our 'on-hand' support team.
